m.ai closely resembles Meta’s handwritten blue Muse mark, adding a dot and underline, and promotes Muse model/API access. It is published by Ajwa Iram rather than Meta. Meta documents API access, so the model reference alone is not evidence of a false claim; actual use was not tested.

The official radar motif appears almost mirrored
The investigated icon closely reproduces the distinctive composition of the official Flightradar24 reference: a blue square, thick white concentric radar rings, small white targets, a central dot and a translucent sweeping beam. The sweep points down-right in Ajwa Iram’s icon and down-left in the official image, with the target arrangement appearing in the opposite orientation. Corners, shading and spacing differ. This is a near-mirrored visual imitation, rather than two unrelated icons that merely share a colour.
The title adds to the confusion. Flightradar: Flight Tracker 24 rearranges the same conspicuous terms found in Flightradar24 | Flight Tracker. App Scam DB assesses the combined name and near-mirrored icon as a misleading copycat-style presentation, likely to be mistaken for a Mac offering from the established service. Search ranking effects were not measured.
The seller is Ajwa Iram, developer ID 6811074479. The official product is published by Flightradar24 AB, developer ID 726928879. The independent listing includes a general disclaimer denying affiliation with other flight-tracking services. That wording should be read alongside the prominent name and icon; it does not explain their close visual resemblance.
The screenshots advertise a separate Mac interface with flight lists, globe views and an AI chat. The comparison establishes branding imitation; it does not establish that the developer copied Flightradar24’s source code, database or complete application. No right-holder authorization or enforcement finding concerning this app was obtained.

Data Not Collected versus a policy describing server-side records
The App Store says Data Not Collected. Its linked policy, effective 11 September 2026, applies to Ajwa’s mobile and desktop portfolio and expressly includes Flight Tracker Live Radar. It describes user text, flight preferences, diagnostics, Firebase anonymous identifiers and subscription status, depending on the app and features used.
The policy also describes retained server logs and anonymous usage counters, Google Firebase infrastructure, aviation APIs, OpenSky Network, Open-Meteo, Apple MapKit and AI requests routed through a backend such as OpenRouter. These are the developer’s published disclosures, not services independently detected in an installed app.
Apple’s definition distinguishes data retained off-device from information processed only to service a real-time request, and some narrowly defined optional disclosures are exempt. The generic policy does not map its server records and identifiers to this app or explain how the no-collection label fits them. That unresolved disclosure mismatch warrants review; it is not proof that every described data type is actually collected by this binary.
The advertised Flight AI Chat Assistant makes the AI clause relevant to consumers: the policy says prompts and saved context may be sent after consent. No installation, network interception or security test was performed.

Google Sites pages and an unfinished country clause
The listing provides a Google Sites privacy page and links Google Sites terms in its description. Both pages were publicly readable without signing in. No separate developer presentation website was linked from the checked US listing.
The developer’s published Terms of Service leave [COUNTRY] in section 17, the governing-law clause (this is an unfilled template placeholder: the document does not name the country whose laws are intended to govern the agreement). It appears in the Terms of Service, not in the Privacy Policy. The two documents are linked separately from the listing and are hosted on Google Sites.
The developer’s Privacy Policy identifies the publisher as Ajwa and provides a support contact, but does not disclose a registered company name, registration number or business location. The terms likewise do not identify a business city or country. The unfinished jurisdiction clause is a concrete document-quality and accountability concern; free website hosting alone does not establish fraud. A governing-law choice would describe the contract’s intended legal framework, rather than necessarily establishing where the developer operates.
Both documents are dated 11 September 2026 and cover current and future apps under the same account. The terms impose a minimum user age of 13, describe AI and flight-data caveats, and say a lifetime purchase lasts while the app is operated. These provisions do not resolve the incomplete jurisdiction clause.

Ajwa Iram: three Mac apps with the same legal pages
Apple’s current US catalog directly links three apps to Ajwa Iram, developer ID 6811074479. The flight tracker and both AI apps use the same copyright identity and the same privacy and terms URLs. The legal pages also use a single matching support contact. These are direct portfolio links within one Apple account.
The earliest listed portfolio release is m.ai - AI Chatbot Assistant on 24 September 2026, followed by AI Flowchart - Ask AI Chatbot on 10 October and the flight tracker on 26 October. The span is 33 days to the source capture. This is an earliest observed release date, not proof of when the Apple account was created.
The two AI listings also show Data Not Collected while linking the shared policy. The flowchart app describes model access and an independent third-party status; m.ai uses a model/API-led subtitle. Those claims identify the portfolio’s marketing context and were not independently tested.
Exact-identifier research did not establish a company registration, a professional profile tied to these app IDs, a geographic business location, or common control with a different developer account. The name, Google Sites hosting and a name-plus-digits Gmail contact pattern do not establish a link to the developers in other App Scam DB investigations. Unrelated name matches were excluded.

The same developer’s m.ai closely imitates the Muse icon
Ajwa Iram’s m.ai - AI Chatbot Assistant, app 6813026972, uses a handwritten blue-to-cyan m-shaped mark on a white rounded square. The official Muse from Meta icon has a closely matching slanted, thick, rounded multi-stroke m on white. m.ai adds a detached dot, a sweeping underline and changes the last stroke, gradient and background treatment. The resemblance is much more specific than sharing the colour blue; App Scam DB assesses the icon as a close imitation of Muse’s visual identity, with added details.
The official Muse app is published by Meta Platforms, Inc., developer ID 284882218. m.ai is published by Ajwa Iram, developer ID 6811074479, the same account as the flight tracker. Both Apple records and the repeated privacy/terms URLs establish that portfolio connection; they do not establish a Meta affiliation.
m.ai’s exact subtitle is Built on Muse Spark 1.3 API. Its first promotional image says Build on Muse AI API and displays Spark 1.1, Spark 1.3 and Glimmer. The advertised interface labels itself Muze AI - AI Chatbot Assistant. These different visible names are recorded as current marketing, not as proof of a dated rename. No explicit statement of independence from Meta was found in the retrieved m.ai description.
Meta’s own developer announcement confirms Muse Spark 1.3 and public access through Meta Model API. An independently built app can therefore plausibly use that model. The concern is the combined icon and presentation, not an assertion that third-party API access is impossible. The listing alone does not establish which model m.ai actually serves, whether it has an authorized integration, or whether its marketing has the brand owner’s approval.
The original promotions show a Mac workspace with chat, artifacts, file analysis, an AI detector and plagiarism tools. Meta’s reference imagery promotes its personal agent, including action approvals. Similar category features do not prove copied code or a complete cloned application. The documented finding here is icon imitation and potential brand confusion, supported by a direct seller comparison.

m.ai’s original advertisements and its separate subscription bill
All six original m.ai promotional assets are reproduced below, together with two official Muse reference images. The first promotion combines the close visual identity with an explicit Muse model/API claim. Original files are preserved locally without file metadata; screenshots illustrate published marketing, not features verified by installing either app.
m.ai lists $5.99 weekly, $14.99 monthly, $59.99 yearly and $99.99 lifetime. Continuous renewal of the weekly offer has an estimated annual cost of $311.48, about 5.19 times the listed yearly offer. Prices and plan benefits are distinct from Meta’s own service and from the flight tracker; no purchase or like-for-like service test was performed.
m.ai’s Apple privacy label also says Data Not Collected while linking the same Ajwa policy describing identifiers, user text, uploaded material, AI providers and server records. The policy is conditional across the portfolio and does not resolve how those practices apply to this app. This is a disclosure question requiring explanation, not a measurement of m.ai’s runtime traffic.
Earlier archive index queries did not yield a usable historical m.ai capture. The investigation cannot establish that this app first launched with neutral branding and was later transformed. What is documented is a second current brand-imitation concern within the same developer account.

Germany and Ireland do not disclose a provider location
The primary app’s German and Irish URLs returned Apple’s page-not-found response. Apple’s lookup API returned zero results for this numeric app ID in both storefronts. No provider/trader panel, business address or declared country was obtained.
Checks of the related m.ai app in those storefronts also returned 404. The Google Sites pages do not fill that gap: their jurisdiction is a placeholder and they provide no business location. Country is recorded as Unknown. This is an access/disclosure result, not evidence of an Apple removal or a nationality finding.
The reporter suspects Pakistan as the country of operation, based on similarities they perceive with patterns in earlier App Scam DB investigations. This is the reporter’s hypothesis about recurring presentation and publishing practices. No account-linked address, company record or provider disclosure establishes Pakistan as this developer’s business location.

The weekly plan has an estimated annual cost of $259.48
The US purchase table lists Weekly at $4.99, Monthly at $9.99, Yearly at $29.99 and Lifetime at $59.99. The listing expressly says the auto-renewing plans unlock the same Pro access.
At unchanged weekly pricing, the estimated annual cost is $259.48, about 8.65 times the $29.99 yearly plan. The difference is $229.49. These are continuous-renewal estimates; actual calendar-year billing can vary. No purchase or paywall test was performed.
The description discloses automatic renewal and limited free searches. The concern is the large price gap and whether a consumer who recognizes the name and icon realizes this is a separately billed third-party product. Price alone does not prove fraud.

A new release, not a documented later rebrand
Apple lookup records the flight tracker’s first release on 26 October 2026 and version 1.0. The supplied capture and the accessible Wayback replay are from 27 October 2026. The same-day replay shows the same listing identity.
Earlier-history queries across the app ID, storefronts and URL variants supplied no usable earlier branding record. A generic launch followed by a later icon/name change, an earlier ban or a replacement account was not established for this developer. The supplied policy archive link timed out during replay; the live policy and the original PDF capture were reviewed instead.
Verified same-day listing replaySources: E1, E5, E14, E15. Archive checks: 27 October 2026.
The name, icon and privacy disclosures warrant review
Apple’s accurate-metadata rules (2.3 and 2.3.7), copycat provision (4.1) and intellectual-property rule (5.2.1) are relevant to a product title and near-mirrored icon that resemble an established service. Flightradar24’s official terms assert ownership of its branding. These sources support a review request; no final infringement or Apple enforcement finding was obtained.
Privacy rule 5.1.1 and Apple’s privacy-label instructions are relevant to the mismatch between the no-collection label and the shared policy’s server-side records. The unfinished terms and limited business identification add an accountability concern. The documented result is a branding, billing and privacy warning; the research did not test flight accuracy, malware or unauthorized payment activity.
